What have I learnt?

I have now completed all my coursework - the teaser trailer, film poster, magazine cover and the evaluation. Throughout my coursework I have developed my skills on moving image through the trailer and gained skills on print through the poster and magazine cover. I also learnt how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Fireworks to help with my print products which made them look more professional. Overall, I feel that I have made successful products that appeal to my target audience as they helped me improve my work throughout and gave me feedback.

Notes for the evaluation - Question 3

3) What have you learned from your audience feedback?

I gave out a questionnaire to get opinions from my target audience.

Throughout the development of my products, I asked my target audience for feedback and improvements - this helped me shape my work.

Teaser trailer comments:

"I think the music is good and it goes well with the trailer"

"I like the way that the cuts get shorter towards the end as it builds up tension"

"The writing of the title font is good as it stands out clearly"

Poster comments:

“I like the font of the title as it stands out against the background”

"The way that the main picture fades out to black is a good effect”

"The way that the poster is laid out looks professional"

Magazine comments:

"I like the font and the colour of the title as it stands out clearly”

"The colour scheme is good as it makes it look more appealing”
