First draft of my magazine

Here is the first draft of my magazine. I have followed the main codes and conventions of film magazines as they are generally successful. I created the title in Adobe Fireworks and I chose to use a simple bold font so that the title clearly stands out. I edited the picture in Adobe Photoshop by cutting it out as the background did not go with the magazine theme and most magazine pictures are cut out on front covers. I have also made the background of the poster a light grey as it looked too plain when it was white.
